What Your Support Powers
Free Weekly Runs
Three standing runs every week, year-round. Monday speed work at Memorial Track. Wednesday morning miles at Memorial Park. Saturday community runs and walks (1–2 mile option) at Hermann Park. First Saturday Sole N' Sip in Midtown. Free, open to everyone, no membership required.
Men's & Women's Wellness Initiatives
Running is the entry point. Whole-person wellness is the goal. Throughout the year, we host gender-specific wellness gatherings — covering mental health, nutrition, training, recovery, and the conversations runners don't usually get to have. Separate spaces for men and women allow for more honest, relevant, and impactful programming.
Community Outreach
Beyond our weekly runs, SoleTies shows up across Houston — partnering with race directors, local nonprofits, churches, and small businesses to bring movement into spaces it doesn't usually reach.
Increased Access & Reduced Isolation
Our community is built around three measurable outcomes: increased access to physical activity, reduced social isolation, and high-trust word-of-mouth conversion that brings new runners through our doors every week.
